Well not all of Canada! But most of the major centers.

This would need to be converted to use with Pathloss 5 (GDAL is your friend!), but Pathloss 6 would support this directly. 1 meter sample and Satellite view for comparison. (It is interesting to note that a new building has been built on path that is shown in the satellite view but not the 1m data):
